administrative support to the leasing manager and would be responsible for the preparation of leasing proposals, approvals,
agreements and payments for commercial leasing projects of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and maintaining leasing agreements.
  • Executing leasing payment.
  • Maintaining accuracy of leasing documents.
  • In depth knowledge in regards to processing legal documents such as commercial registrations and trade license.
  • Liaising between the company and government authorities.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Well organized and ability to pay attention to details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships internally and externally.

Education:
Bachelors Degree (Preferably in engineering)
A minimum of 3 years experience in commercial leasing
Fluency in English verbally and in written communication

McARTHUR + COMPANY is looking to recruit a Leasing Manager to manage all aspects of leasing management, assist in developing leasing plans, identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve leasing objectives and targets set by the Director Leasing and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved.
  • Lease vacant space according to leasing plan / schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames setout therein and according to defined retailer mix and target.
  • Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants.
  • In depth knowledge in regards to processing legal documents such as commercial registrations and trade license.
  • Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category so as to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Well organized and ability to pay attention to details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships internally and externally.

Education:
Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Business)
A minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in commercial leasing
