KEC Hub is a mixed-use retail & hospitality development located within the wider Knowledge Economic City (KEC) masterplan. The site is located on a 175,000m² area of currently undeveloped land with an approx. 460m frontage exposure to King Abdulaziz Road, a major highway connecting the city centre with the eastern suburbs.

The pre-concept plan proposes a three-phase approach to the project: an enclosed mall in phase 1a; an open-air lifestyle retail development in phase 1b; and a further open-air centre featuring a heritage souk in phase 2. The project is laid out with F&B units opening on to generous public realms and outdoor terraces.
