Sobha Hartland Community Retail Centre

Sobha Community Retail Centre is a proposed real estate development project located on plot HE A2, 1st Street within the Sobha Hartland masterplan in the Merkadh district of Dubai. The project site is located on a 14,954m² plot of land in the western area of the district.

The proposed retail offering includes around 200,000 sqft of GLA spread across 46 units over three levels. The centre is to be anchored by a quality supermarket that includes a wide variety of everyday essentials goods and services providers. As per the developer’s requirement, the centre will include a 100,000 sqft furniture concept.

Parking is to be available in the basement as well as limited bays on grade.
