Adam Strycek

Adam has over 5 years of experience in valuation & advisory, investment and leasing services for commercial real estate.

As a Retail Development Manager, he is responsible for providing advisory and asset management services to retail owners and developers for individual properties and portfolios in the MENA region. His duties include preparation of the project reports, market studies, demand & supply analysis, merchandize mix, concept designs, financial feasibility studies, proposals & recommendation for the successful implementation.

Before re-joining McARTHUR + COMPANY, Adam resided in Slovakia and was part of Colliers for 4 years. His first year of rotation was in retail leasing, capital markets, and valuation & advisory departments. Afterwards, he was part of the valuation & advisory team for 3 years.

Adam obtained his BSc in Real Estate at the University of Westminster (London, UK) and an MSc in Real Estate and Development from Heriot-Watt University (Dubai, UAE), while working as an intern for M+C.
