The NU platform is a 360° longevity health intelligence operating system — the only platform of its kind offering full multi-omics integrative analysis. Built on a knowledge graph with over 100 million biological relationships, 14,000+ nodes, 2,000+ biomarkers, and 10,000+ peer-reviewed scientific references, it creates a dynamic digital twin for each patient by synthesising genomics, epigenetics, gut microbiome, blood biomarkers, wearables, diagnostic imaging, and lifestyle data.
McARTHUR + COMPANY led the deployment and full clinical integration of this platform at ZOIME Medical & Longevity Centre — and has subsequently deployed and contracted it for institutional-scale adoption across a major UAE hospital group. The platform is now embedded as the AI clinical intelligence core across multiple longevity facilities.
This is not a standalone analytics tool. It becomes the intelligence layer that runs through every clinical consultation, every diagnostic result, and every patient touchpoint — making AI a fundamental part of how care is delivered, not an optional add-on.
The deployment mandate was precise: the platform needed to be embedded into clinical operations, not installed as a parallel system. Every lab result flowing in from the clinical management system, every wearable data update, every IoT device reading — all feeding the patient digital twin automatically, with clinician insights available at point of care.
Beyond the clinical deployment, McARTHUR + COMPANY was engaged by a major UAE hospital group to assess the AI platform landscape, evaluate competing solutions, and recommend and contract the right platform for their new longevity department. The outcome: a multi-year institutional deployment contract across the hospital group’s network.
Deploying an AI platform in a regulated clinical environment requires more than technical integration — it requires understanding how clinicians work, how patients experience care, and how the AI outputs become genuinely useful in the room, not just in a dashboard.
A digital twin is a continuously updated, AI-driven biological model of each individual patient — built from their genomics, blood biomarkers, epigenetics, gut microbiome, wearable data, and lifestyle inputs.
As new data flows in — from each consultation, each lab result, each diagnostic device — the twin updates in real time, giving clinicians a dynamic picture of that patient’s biological age, health risks, and optimisation opportunities at every point in their programme.
Platform configured to create and continuously update a personalised digital twin for each patient — integrating all data streams into a single dynamic biological profile.
Automated ingestion of 100+ blood biomarkers, genetic profiles, epigenetic age clocks, gut microbiome sequencing, DEXA, wearables, and lifestyle data into each patient’s digital twin.
Automated data flow from the clinical management platform to the AI engine — every lab result, biomarker, and clinical note flows without manual re-entry, enabling real-time clinical intelligence at point of care.
Six specialist diagnostic devices fully connected — VO2 max assessment, DEXA body composition, cardiac arterial health, pulmonary function, body composition analysis, and continuous health wearable — all feeding the platform automatically.
Three biological age clocks activated per patient: blood age, epigenetic age, and gut microbiome age — delivering measurable longevity benchmarks and treatment efficacy tracking over time.
15+ clinical intelligence modules deployed: cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, inflammation markers, hormonal balance, cognitive performance, sleep quality, glucose metabolism, liver function, immune system health, and longevity optimisation scoring.
Clinicians generate evidence-based, AI-augmented personalised health plans in minutes — drawing from 10,000+ peer-reviewed references and each patient’s full multi-omics profile.
Client-facing mobile application delivering biological age clocks, personalised health scores, trend visualisations, programme progress tracking, and AI-personalised recommendations.
Institutional-level engagement: assessed the AI platform landscape for a major UAE hospital group, evaluated multiple vendors, recommended the optimal solution, and negotiated and contracted a multi-year institutional deployment.
Compliant multi-omics data governance framework meeting UAE privacy regulations, national health data exchange protocols, and international data protection standards across all genomic and biometric data.
The platform synthesises data from eight input streams — genomics, epigenomics, microbiome, blood biomarkers, wearables, questionnaires, body composition, and VO2 max — through a central AI knowledge graph engine, producing five categories of clinical output for each patient.
Biomarkers automatically integrated into each patient digital twin across genomics, epigenetics, microbiome, and wearable data streams
