Al Amer Mall is a retail, dining and entertainment complex located on a 29,863 sqm site on King Abdullah Road in the Al Rashidiyah 3rd area of Al Mubarraz.

The retail, dining and entertainment offering occupies a proposed 29,863 sqm of GLA spread across three main levels in 80 units.
An 8,467 sqm Al Amer Hypermarket will occupy the ground floor along with 24 other units. There are a further 36 units of general retail planned for the first floor. The second floor is designated for a foodcourt and 3,388 sqm entertainment box. A second-floor mezzanine level and roof top level are also available for future expansion.

Basement parking is available for 390 vehicles, along with around 140 on-grade parking bays around the mall.
