Rua Al Madinah

Ruh al Madinah is a proposed mixed-use hospitality masterplan currently being planned for the Al Haram central area of the city.

In addition to the hotels and serviced apartments, the master plan includes retail, dining, and office components. The full masterplan is spread over two sites with an aggregate area of 1,482,700m² of predominantly undeveloped land.

The site lies to the east of the Masjid al Nabawi

The retail and dining component comprises mainly ground-level units along the main pedestrianized routes through the masterplan at the base of the
hospitality towers.

The master plan will include approx. 100,000m2 of GLA offering a variety of dining, retail, and service-based options spread across 600 units.

Upon completion, Rua al Madinah will offer 154 hotel and branded residence properties with a total of over 50,000 rooms, including 15,000 five- and four-star keys.

Parking will be available for vehicles in either basement or surface parking facilities throughout the masterplan.

The initial phase of the development is expected to be completed by 2026/27
