The Community

The Community is a proposed mixed-use development located on Turin Boulevard in the Motor City district of Dubai. The project site is located on a 13,729m² undeveloped plot of land to the south side of the street.

The project is to be developed with 446 residential units featuring studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as ground-floor retail and two levels of parking.

The proposed retail offering includes around 6,593m² of GLA spread across 26 units.

Parking for 543 vehicles is available for the complex as a whole.
