Silvia offers a wide range of skills and expertise with almost 11 years of experience working in the UAE. Her career to date is unique with a blend and depth of experience in strategic advisory, private equity and coupled with roles in hospitality, private education, retail, luxury fashion brands and F&B.

Silvia has worked for Ras Al Khaimah Government, RAK Hospitality Holding, driving its expansion locally and internationally. Her expertise is in profound knowledge of profitable framework creation, forming and implementing strategic business plans, consultative expertise, forming and leading strong consortiums for various master plans in the region.

Silvia speaks fluently 4 languages and holds Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management.
