Al Ain Waqf Mall

Al Ain Community Centre project is a proposed retail, dining and entertainment centre located in the Central District of Al Ain City.

The site is located on an approx 22,000m² plot of land, currently used as an open-air Eid Mosque, near the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Grand Mosque.

M+C proposes that the centre be developed as a hybrid community / lifestyle centre with 13,983m² of GLA anchored by a compact hypermarket. The offering will also include a range of F&B concepts, retail stores, everyday essential services and a kids play area.

M+C proposes that the centre be laid out as an open-air centre with pleasantly landscaped public realm areas and served by a surface parking lot.
